Return & Refund Policy

We exist to make your tie down experience easier, smarter, and more enjoyable. 

Please know that we stand behind our products with our 100% satisfaction guarantee. From only using the highest quality components to stringent manufacturing standards, we have done everything we can to ensure OmegaStrap exceeds our customers' expectations.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we've got you covered -- just give us a call or send us an email to discuss a replacement and/or exchange. 

Under our 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return your purchase within 30 days for a full refund.

The item(s) must be in NEW condition and in the original packaging. Buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost to return the item(s). It may take up to 7-10 business days at the start of its arrival at our facility for your return to be processed. Refunds will be issued after the product has been received at our facility and found to be in new, unused condition, and in original packaging.
If the item or packaging is altered or damaged, it will be ineligible for a return. Returns after 30 days of purchase of original receipt may be accepted for replacement only. 

If you receive a product from us that you deem to be damaged, faulty, or contains a manufacturer's defect, please contact us for a replacement. OmegaStrap will cover the cost of return shipping upon inspection of the defective item(s). All faulty or defective items will be replaced with an identical product and sent to you free of charge within 30 days of receiving your returned item. If we determine that the product is not faulty or defective we will contact you with an explanation of that determination via e-mail and return the item to you.
